Shipping in Australia is free with inclusion in price. With shipping times typically around 6-9 business days around Australia in most cases, however there could be a possibility of delays. If needed for super express shipping of 4-6 business days contact us on our website and we will get back to you with a rate and availability. The order cut-off time is 1-4 hours with products being fulfilled and sent out after this period. In the event of a change of address we will require and email to petproductking@outlook.com explaining this. We will require you to repurchase the product with the correct address and then we will refund the full amount of your previous order.
